Shipping RatesWe ship international orders with UPS Worldwide and United States orders with ???? Shipping rates do not include customs and duties and are the responsibility of the buyer, unless stated otherwise.

General You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, you can do so using the link provided in the order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to the sender.

Shipping Estimates For customers located in the United States, you should receive your artwork within 4-14 business days from the date of shipment. For customers located in the rest of the world, you will receive your artwork within 5-30 business days from the date of shipment.

Important Information for International Customers Please note that we do not ship to Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands, and Western Sahara. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Amanda Zheng is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless stated otherwise. If you neglect to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it. In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within two months of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@amandazheng.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns PRINTS: Once a print is dispatched, unfortunately no changes can be made. Our team endeavours to respond to enquiries at orders@amandazheng.com. If your print arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right. Kindly email our team at orders@amandazheng.com with photos of the damage, and we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
